HK had a lot of reusing actors becuase it was an indie game with an small budget but TC said that SS will have a large variety of voices, many of them from actual fans, including Lace herself. I could say in either HK or even in SS repeating voice actors are not much of a problem because each character/npc/enemy/boss is so over the top and memorable enough in tone that they don't feel like listening to the same actor over and over again.
