• My first playthrough of it was incredible, too much to see, too much to explore, I never thought I would love a game that it's so cheap but has a lot of content on it!

2. Super Mario Odyssey

• It's a 3D mario game with smooth movement and with awesome levels, it has so many ideas & mechanics that makes the game feel fresh to this day.

3. Spelunky 2

• It's a game that is perfect, it has the perfect balance of RNG & BS, even if the game has too much BS things happening, with skill and knowledge actually helps you in a lot of situations, I already completed so many times and I still play it to this day

Yeah controls are huge for me. They will make it break a game. If I don’t feel like I’m in full control of my character, I have a very hard time playing the game at all. Rain world, shadow of the colossus, and Dark Souls 2 are all examples of games like this. I might go back to them, but it was very difficult because the controls just didn’t feel fluid.
