romino is a weaver (heavily hinted with the fact he knows about pharloom's past and anticipates the coming of the weavers)
the message of the lyric if we can call it that is that weavers are now caged up and being slaves to the kingdom, forgotten by the bugs that live their everyday life in pharloom, and that they WILL come back

this could also hint that while the weavers were away some pk like being (or just average bugs) took over the weaver's abandoned kingdom and built over it

the beast's nature is not to be taken literally, but its actually a metaphor for the kingdom's past (ruled by beasts)

the beast is not a single powerful creature, like herrah, but an entire population of spiders
