Well, you're comparing little, inconsequential pieces of lore to new information on a long awaited game.
That would be a bad idea because:

1. There's no guarantee anyone would see it. It certainly doesn't have the reach of a simple trailer or blog post. "People would find it" is not a guarantee. People don't go dream-nailing random objects every time there's a patch.
2. Revealing new information in such a roundabout and bizzare way can be a big turnoff to some people. Look at what happened with FNAF.
3. TC has made it clear that they want to bring in new players with Silksong, which is why it would appear to have very little relation to HK story-wise. Revealing said information in such a way would only serve to alienate new players.

TL;DR - That isn't going to happen. If it does I will film myself eating my shoe before dissappearing from the Internet forever.
