If you guys want a game with good bossfights i would recommend everhood wholeheartedly. its all story and bossfights, no random enemy encounters, just boss fights. (cant say the same for the sequel) Also i love the combat, its a very unique game.

depends on the situation, it becomes more situational in combat, but that doesnt mean its not useful. It tends to be quite efficient for hitting teleporting or airborne bosses quicker, in situations where they always appear at a distance for you. in addition it also helps you land dashcombos in situations where an enemy is too short to dashcombo properly, dashattacking into clawline lets you get that second hit in.

the problem is the tool itself is kind of pitiful

it does 18 damage per shot assuming all 3 hits land and only 24 bullets

which means it's max damage potential is literally 432 which is only slightly higher than straight pin(400) and costs 24 silk to even use all those shots
