2. most of her grounded attacks you just jump over, except for the one where she jumps and does the flip. memorize the tell for this one as best you can
3. both variants of the counter can be dodged by double jumping straight up

the stab -> stab -> x followup attack can be hard to effectively deal with, don't try to attack her during it unless you're just using cross stitch.
