I really like that section

I died on the first attempt, and just kinda sat at the bench for a bit while verbally exclaiming how cool the section is

i remember first doing the climb, i didnt even relize lava was chasing me at first, then i heard the music and thought "am i being chased?" then i eventually saw the lava and the adrenaline kicked in

glad I got it on the first attempt
barely lived though

yeah the lava doesn't suddenly pop up but you get the feeling you should keep moving

i died multiple times right after the first ant gauntlet, i died cuz i got 2 hit comboed in shellwood by those bell throwing bugs, i died to a rock

i died to more stuff but i cant remember all

btw it was all before act 2

well practice the route to get to dash and then immediately go getting the fractured mask, takes 20-30 minutes so it's very repeatable

once you get the fractured mask you're mostly ok for act 1
