It isn't THAT crazy. Assuming you don't skip ingame dialogue and interact with quests and NPCs (pretty standard for a first/blind playthrough) then you'll definitely come across act 3. It might take a bit, but it's not some insane impossibility or anything that requires digging through the code or relying on outside sources

it requires more but doesn't mean it's hard to find. Just playing the game more and exploring will find you Act 3 pretty easily.
