My preference leans towards being patient and careful and getting in attacks and spells/tools whenever I can but not greeding out hits. I prioritize dodging.

The bane of my playstyle is P5 Collector AB from HK. Silksong doesn't really have anything that's actually a problem for me like that as far as I know. But Collector AB is my worst nightmare because I have to play aggro to win. It's the only boss that I truly can't beat.

Most problematic enemy spawning bosses in Silksong have a very simple solution: volt vessels, tacks, silkshot, curveclaw or just throw the threefold pins for goodness sake. Add in Thread Storm or Sharpdart for flavour if you like Hunters crest. Customize to fit whatever you're obliterating.

I use tool spam to make up for the fact that I don't hyper aggro rushdown attack my foes with the needle.

With regional pricing + the sale + any steam sale, it caused issues where the price could go into the negatives. Very silly.

So they fixed it by not having regional pricing iIrc and not allowing DS1 to go on sale for actual years. It's been lifted recently, because the prepare to die edition bargain isn't valid anymore afaIk.
