It's the 2nd worst Crest pogo, so no biggie (you can swap Crests during gameplay, use some Crests for exploration, some for battles)

Use what you feel comfortable with for exploration, and Beast for battling if you want

Hunter angle thing you will get used to I guess. But I tried using repear to climb that shellwood pogo platform. I couldn't get the height. Maybe I should practice more.
