That being said, my public high school I went to was fucking amazing. The teachers there were incredibly smart and a lot of people there actually went to big name schools after HS as well

its not the best idea but the one that floats into my head is that each tools should have a set amount of "high quality tools" and "crude tools", with the former being a hard thing you always regenerate on bench rest (like you will always get 3 max Throwing Pins when you bench rest) and the latter is taken from killing enemies (you can get up to 7 Crude Throwing Pins) but they shatter on bench rest

not to overcomplicate it but its "permanent" refillable tool vs temporary tools you get from killing shit

thought the least complicated thing would just be to ease off the shard cap and wtv
