Yeah I think that one was supposed to be the hardest one and it may have been the last one they made before scrapping the project

So therefore the most well made

its usually a prerequisite and i use it too so like it should be fine

for example one that i actually do know, celestial remains is a dualblades that has less base attack stat than other dual blades

but it gets blinking wyvern skill which i really like therefore making it worth it

interestingly it applies those stat changes to your other equipped weapon i just struggle to think of when that would be actually good

dual blades can probably benefit with more speed too
