The boss that Reaper is likely worst against vs. best against I can't say for certain, but here are some I think are correct:
-Second Sentinel
-Double Moss Mothers
-Enraged Conchfly
-Broodmother

Though I only know difficulty from the perspective of 6 masks total since that is my current save.
