I think one thing that effects difficulty as well in silksong is you really dont find masks till LATE game

i swear i was running around with 6 masks 75% of the game

I have the issue that in my runs I usually go for Trobbio after Lugoli. Which means I have The Barbed bracelet. Which means I am still in the thirty minute period where I feel obligated to use it.

1: Cross stitch (Beast! main! I only care about iframes!)
2: Sharp Dart (Beast! Main! Worse at maintaining pressure against less mobile bosses, cause I gotta re-position also just less comfortable to use IMO)
3: Pale Nails: I just like em.
4: Storm: Is gud, too committal tho. But for gauntlets? Accept no substitute.
5: Spear: is gud. But like. Sharp dart is right there?
6: Rune Rage: Do you want to lose all your silk for no benefit?

If you play Beast, i’d say use either Nails or Sharpdart. Nails gives you a ranged option if you need to back off, and Sharpdart lets you take advantage of the constant Melee range and zip through a foe before they attack, and then keep shredding now that you’re behind them.

Yeah neither do I. Cause I use most of my silk for binding so I can keep hornet in 𝓕𝓾𝓻𝓻𝔂 𝓜𝓸𝓭𝓮 as long as possible.
But preventing damage is just super valuable, that sometimes it is stupid not to invest.
