ok lets say she was pregnant, or however the birthing system works, from act 1-2, then in act 3, not only do you have to beat gms, but you have to traverse down the cradle and down into cogwork core and then a final dropdown into coral chambers, where you pass out, and are presumably knocked out from anywhere between a couple minutes to multiple days, then you have to unlock all the terminiuses and head back to the grandbellway, thats plenty of time for a birth idk bout you
