Tell them to search the Silksong folder for anything named Customizer and delete it (including customizer.dll, customizer.json, and any Customizer folder inside BepInEx/plugins, Plugins, or Mods). Also check if BepInEx, MelonLoader, doorstop_config.ini, winhttp.dll, or version.dll are still in the game directory—if they are, remove them if you’re trying to use Patchwork. Then make sure Patchwork’s files are actually present (patchwork.dll and its loader DLL) and launch once to see if Patchwork loads. If Customizer still appears, open the logs and search for “Customizer” to see what path it’s loading from. Worst case, reinstall the game clean, install only Patchwork first, then add mods back.
