There are 3 rooms throughout the citadel containing a simon says minigame. Completing one gives you a cogwork piece. Once you completed all 3, you'll obtain a cogwork heart and you can use it to bring 2nd sentinel back to life in the left side and then the room above in the lower cogwork core
