The Savage Beastfly is the absolute worst boss in the whole game. The one at the Beast Temple isn’t bad, all you have to do is dance around the attacks and react well, while understanding what enemies to prioritize in Phase 2 where he summons his minions. I beat that on my first try. The one in Act II is an extremely poor game making decision on Team Cherry’s part, because not only does it reuse the cardinal sin of reusing bosses but it adds nothing new compared to the Act I one. You just have to hope that you can cheese with pogo combos because dancing and reacting to the attacks is riskier due to the lava platforms. But by far the worst part of all of this had to be the Tarmites he summons, which not only throw your focus off constantly as they’re even more mobile compared to Act I’s minions, but now they can shoot fireballs that also create FLAME CARPETS on the platforms you need to avoid on top of dodging Beastfly’s attacks. This boss is absolute war crime, and the fact that you’re getting a Mask Shard on top of all this means ofc you want to fight it, you need to get health after all, so you’re gonna be fighting this thing on every 100% run you do. Fuck. Savage. Beastfly.

At least in older ac games villagers were more realistic compared with actual society because iirc the devs had wanted the game to be a safe controlled environment for players (particularly children) to learn how interactions irl might play out and you could repeatedly interact with the same mean villagers to slowly gain their affection over time

Reserve bind lets you have a free craft bind so you don't even have to bother using your needle to get silk. Just spam cogflies and curve claws to your heart's content.

It does, you're getting at least 6 extra poison damage and if you're a real sicko you'll space out your cogfly summons after your initial four die to maximize the tick damage
