would be better if heal would get upgraded with silk hearts, or healing somehow gave you hearts that would disappear after certain period of time, so you want to use them to get more silk

that may be tricky to make into tutorial, but i think for second game healing system may be bit harder to learn

also needs balancing im not saying my idea is perfect
