Choir Clappers:
-Three main appearances
-Spawns again in Act3 (does NOT respawn ever afterwards)
-has an equally unique moveset

Secondly, the have more attacks, and are more complex.
Thirdly, they are fought the same way the Moss Mothers are.

We can both have our opinions, but I absolutely don't think you could deem them as a non-boss/miniboss, but say Moss Charger or Soul Warrior is a boss. And that Soul Warrior is a boss isn't something debatable, as it is quite clearly confirmed.
