hunter's crest is very good if you aren't trying to max dps or whatever the diagonal swing is very refreshing and very good for manuevering in a fight or jumping on a dashing enemy and manuevering away

wanderers is good and lets you get second hits on a lot of lost lace's attacks which essentially doubles your dps which is pretty good

Honestly I loved the idea of beast crest, and I felt incredible using it with the yellow tonic item that makes you faster. But I've never actually made it work well for me.
