I don't need a red tool nerf but more of a rework. i want them to be balanced to take some skill, positioning and timing to use properly. Make them so they cant just all be spammed out at the start of the fight. Like have smaller stacks of tools, have them do more damage, and have them have startup frames to deploy. Also just add more variety rather than just having all the same strategy of just wildly throwing them.
