In case you don't know @fathom echo , to draw and quarter is to lay a person flat, tie each arm and leg to four different ropes (quarter) and connect each separate rope to four different horses. Then make the horses run (draw).
The result is several limbs being ripped off. If all four of your limbs are ripped off, that's a mercy, otherwise it's likely you lost 3 limbs and your being dragged as you bleed and die all while the horse continues running

Nah I like doing it while attacking enemies the reaper crest pogo in retrospect it’s awesome but the pogo is slow and I sometimes miss enemies that are fast bc of its slow attack speed
