I had a good idea for an alchemist crest. Essentially you would attack by stabbing foes and your needle had this concoction at the tip and when you attacked foes it would poison them similar to pollip pouch but a bit weaker and for its passive, the more you hit them within a short window the more damage your poison would start to do until it caps out, and if you stop hitting enemies for a good two seconds it'll quickly start to weaken again.
