hitless flow. you WILL get hit less if you are in the hitless flow, a part of hitless is psychological. be focused and know how to dodge. this applies for everything hitless

for coral tower specifically:
most important thing is knowing who to kill first. memorizing what enemies spawn where, which enemies will kill you the fastest if you let them roam around and which enemies have the least health (aka easiest to take out) is pretty important
hunter crest is the best crest you can use because its nart one shots the most enemies at max focus. if you are using tools and skills then you can justify shaman and architect pretty easily (i didnt use them though)
you usually DON'T want to play it safe. killing things really fast is way safer than taking your time killing them because enemies are much more unpredictable than bosses and the more time you let them be alive a) the more enemies you'll have on screen at the same time b) the more chance they pull out some bullshit to attack you with. clawline and attacking like a kakri for example might seem more dangerous but it is leagues safer than letting it live for 2 minutes because the 2 minute timespan is enough for it to do something stupid and get you hit
take breaks, a lot of my pbs were my first attempts of the day or my first attempt after my break
if you get to khann then be aware that his hand is a hitbox and Will hit you if you're too greedy. also beware of the evil ass jump attack
