those are 2 simple examples, there is more to difficulty slider than just "reduce and minimize" and especially with a game trying to be as distinct as it can with its difficulty embedded into worldbuilding. Adding a difficulty slider would take lots of times, and TC can't be spending that precious times toward people who can't complete their game. They should be spending those times to first reward people who supported them through with DLC

The game is already receiving balance changes oftenly being in its base. How much more of a balance hell it would be if there was a difficulty slider?

Well see the main problem with your argument is attempting to paint TC as a business, but they are working with passion. It's not really a job to them, it's their dream.
