If you use fury mode with two health gone you can lay into an enemy and he'll back the contact to damage while making enough silk for almost another heal.

injector is whatever if you want to do it fast but you're not gonna be needing to do that anyway since the pogo is a good get in their tool so closing the gap and maximizing your time isn't really so essential that you need injector as an assist

Nerfing Wanderer won't do that because it won't change why new players use Wanderer. It's the most intuitive and responsive for platforming, and they don't recognize it has a low skill ceiling compared to most other crests because they're not good enough yet.

The only good parts of wanderer is decently high needle dps with no gimmick to reach it and very high silk gen
But aside from that it only has a single red tool, basically a non existent passive, 2nd worst range in the game

But wanderer is very consistent, very reliable and very easy to use, so it having mediocre performance while being easy to use makes it work
