The goods:

• You realize the scale of Silksong
• You understand the harshness of its exploration bits
• You know that actual usuable tools can exist

The bads:

• You fail to comprehend the scale of Silksong

• Silksong is inherently big to not just emphasize the large difference between a world outside of Hallownest but also to add up on Hornet's agility / hitting the player with a far more intimidating scale of world ahead of them. Minimizing them to bugs [ pun intended ]

• You see very little values in smaller things or just don't see it at all

• Hidden rewards are meant to be hidden, and its designed in a way that you're still slowly building up a bank of you own over time
• Cross-Act content exist
• Sequence-breaking does exist [ just way harder ]
• Tools has its niche but it serves its purposes, either in worldbuilding, actual utilities or just overall aesthestics

=> My advice is to take it slow, way slower than what's going on in your head. Appreciate what you have, ask questions and just simply progress forward. Don't put yourself in harsh constraint and it's okay to need guides

3rd point: Have you been there for trobbio skip? Have you done Act 1 Mount Fay? Have you done 70%+ completion in Act 1? Have you done flea skip? There are a shit ton amount of skips. Act 1 Mount Fay itself require you to skip Clawline, an essential ability

4th point: Because you're not meant to spam them, you're meant to utilize them where they need. Conveniently in a far away angle while the boss is attacking? Some darts. 1st point: There is very good rewards for earlier players to find, Plasmium, Beast Crest, Swift Steps, Pale oil, lore, cool bossfights. But you'd rather nitpick on Hidden Rewards on being hidden and claim that it being hidden should make it a good reward, which is false in its own logic.

2nd: It is spread evenly throughout the game, tell me at what point is there a suddenly massive upgrade gap in the game. And you don't hope you hit something decent like its gambling, you don't even know if you're getting anything. You don't actively look for hidden shit, you notice it.
