I think Hollow is the least hollow out of all the Vessels, because he was actually raised by the Pale King and the love he felt from the Pale King and the White Lady, made his hollow heart fill up. So he probably has actually thoughts and emotions that will probably continue to grow now that he no longer needs to be Hollow

I'd like to mention what a fcking monster that the Radiance was. Because it took so many seals to keep her down, and even then, she was able to leak her power into the physical world. There was Hollow, a vessel of void. There were the chains, all of which had their own seals of binding, then there was the black egg, which was it's own magical seal. Then there was the dreamers, 3 seals. Depsite all of that, the Radiance was able to infect pretty much all of Hallownest and ruin it from inside. Imagine what she could do without all those seals
