But Giant Flea disproves that, how could it be so big if it wasn’t grown? Kratt has no wings either. It seems the fleas with legs don’t have wings and the fleas with wings don’t have legs but what decides which fleas get legs and which have wings

Why would you use Reaper pogo for FotF? Wanderer for example also has a downwards pogo, you don't need a huge hitbox for a non-moving target, and Wanderer has a much much faster attack speed so it dies faster.
