Yeah, the only thing you could really do against him was wait for his ground projectiles and do a quick mid-air heal. Remove one of his projectile attacks and the fight immediately becomes more managable

Just messing with you, but with LL I personally find Cross Stitch to parry her parries / parry her triple charges and avoiding to engage when she throws blobs every where is usually what's needed, and just running away when she does the triple projectiles.
Only tips I can really give, she is a bit like the type of boss that you have to let do the first move in every engagement.

yeah, so he actually sacrificed himself to the citadel when they invaded verdania and they used his body's design to make the cogwork dancers and the boss is based off them so when you fight them in lost verdania you get to see what they actually couldve been together, the green prince and his lover 💔
