Widow pretty much has three patterns in p3:
Vertical Bells into Diagonal Bells into Melee
Diagonal Bells into Melee
Diagonal Bells into Vertical Bells into Melee.
Vertical Bells is almost always completely free. If you need to heal, focus on avoiding her melee and diagonals if it feels unsafe until you have enough silk.
Check if any of the diagonal bell lines are next to Widow. If there is a gap between Widow and where the bells first land you can always stand there and practically never get hit.

typically she sticks to a pattern of 2 bell attacks into one dash attack that repeats until boss is dead
every now and then she will dash early. i have no reason why she does this, could be a range thing or if they're in the corner
but just stick to the pattern and watch for her dash as that is by far her most dangerous attack in that phase
