generally in a game like this it's bad design to have a boss that summons other enemies with their own ai. Healing and multihitting spells are tied to the same resource, and most of the time when you encounter these enemies it takes more than one spell to do the job. When most of your damage comes from a single target attack, it becomes a randomized bullet hell which isn't fun for anyone

1. Be Patient
2. Play reactively. Wait for the boss to indicate their attack, dodge, and counter with a slap.

okay, here's the deal. You don't beast LL. quite simply, the boss is easiest by pogo chaining and beast is the worst at pogo chaining

anyway for most anything else, the bind gives you a damage boost like the first hunter buff, the speed to match wanderers (the highest dps in the game) and the range to match shaman crest (so total bonkers)

this combo lets you consistently hit bosses three times where most crests can only hit once (and wanderers with it's poor range twice). Speaking of range, the Lunge and Pogo on beast have the upside of having tons of it, letting you out distance most enemies.

play well and you can gain enough silk from one bind to have enough for the next and basically have a permanent install, so Hunters but more
