Not really, artificial difficulty refers to difficulty that feels unnatural or forced, like making a boss 3x more tanky than it has to be and then making it so it will kill you immediately (this is not something Skong does, but it's an example of artificial difficulty)

in short, collect 5 fleas for the flea caravan and they will move to the boss arena, and || Moorwing || will not spawn. Once they move again though, || Moorwing || will come back if not killed previously.
