This game's focus is on agility, not taking hits, you have more agile character, and the enemies are more agile, 2 damage shouldn't matter if you just do what you did with hollow knight.

it's not that hard. the last judge's runback is just a very questionable decision even if it is only less than a minute. long runbacks are fine if the fights themselves are long as well- but last judge can be over for you in 5 seconds out of nowhere and the boss itself if you don't die is like 2 minutes max. also with a boss as "learny" as LJ i want to be in the fucking classroom not taking an hour long commute.

Silk issue. A full set of straight pins is basically 12+ risk free hits on a boss. If you can't see the value in that, idk what to tell you. I stopped equipping offensive tools bc I felt they made the game too easy. Instead I use ||Flea Juice|| and ||the fire damage|| tools.
