Undertales. use of leitmotifs is NOT that good like its cool each theme represents a different person place or thing and they pop up in other tracks and that’s cool but there’s litttle motivic development, it’s mostly copy and paste into other songs. For example, the heartache motif is in toriels and asgores battle themes but asides from the rhythmic differences in order to fit the meter there’s no change in the actual theme to fit the different situations. Sometimes themes will appear in nonsensical locations, like the Snowdin theme in hopes and dreams
