Okay so:
Masks are masks.
The cracked different mask is probably a tool effect.
The red background spool is an indicator of whether you can heal or not. It lights up when you have enough silk to heal.
The metal spikes around the spool and the needle behind the masks is an indicator of which crest you have equipped, since it changes appearance depending on crest.
The silk meter below the spool shows how much silk you have. The little notch around the middle is the point you need to reach to have enough to heal.
The golden cap at the end of the silk meter is probably a tool effect that increases your max silk.
The red circle with the thingy inside is a red tool. It has limited uses and the red circle indicates the uses left. The circle is full so it has full uses left.
The white circle with the white icon is not known for sure, but most likely it indicates which spell you have equipped via the icon, and the circle glows if you have enough silk to cast the spell, otherwise it is gray.
