Honestly neither. NKG is under the influence of the Nightmare Heart and technically the vengeflies are really small cuz insects. If we assume we get the powers and no nightmare heart and that the vengeflies scale to our human size then it would be NKG powers. As someone stated vengeflies are weak and the modern guns could take em down easily.
