I know silksong like. isn't even out yet. But does anyone else think its pretty possible now for us to get a second playable character in a hk game?

Obviously we didn't get hornet for hollow knight, but they said the reason was she was too big and fast for her to feel cohesive and fun in hallownest. Now that the game is designed for a bigger character and much more vertical, do you think there's possibility we're getting another character as actual dlc?

I don't think tc would do too much hollow knight content after finishing silksong and some content packs though honestly

Pharloom is also gonna be designed for Hornet it would take more tinkering for a 2nd playable char

that is a good point

I don't neccesarily mean "Character that has a completely different moveset", the issue with the knight was just that they were slow and clunky compared to how nimble hornet was.

Doesn't have to be ENTIRELY different I feel.

I think we could def get a much faster character, maybe lace, if we did get a hypothetical "Second player character" dlc
