there was this movie about an alien race hijacking humans and one of the main female character is only partially hijacked where the alien can control the body but can still hear the humans voice and influence him and throughout the movie theyre going back and forth at each other internally

so i thought it was going to be a movie about two different beings finally having an understanding with each other as they learn one another but instead what the movie was actually about was that the alien couldnt override the girl's memories which leads them to this resistance camp where the 2 hot hunky guys with a past with her in a stupid love triangle which ends up fighting over her because the original girl in the psyche keeps overpowering the alien's internal conflict to follow his protocol

then i learned that the original book the movie adaptation was made from was from the Twilight author so i finally understood why the plot was abyssmal dogshit

No ending stops Hornet from being captured, and the ability to break seals with bugs from Pharloom makes Hornet being locked in the Black Egg not an issue. Dreamers also don’t die when sealed, we simply didn’t have the means to remove them without killing them.
