well, with phones and the internet, we've got a wealth of information and communication at our hands. with ai, a lot of the time things like chatgpt will straight up give you misinformation that could've been easily debunked by doing ones own research etc. and even if accurate, when you want to learn something/write something/draw something-- those arent things that should be taken down to a level of Instant Gratification. there is a reason why those things take time and effort as hobbies or as studies/careers/etc.
