Grey prince zote is just so wildly different from every other boss in how you have to play him I don't find it fun, most hollow knight bosses are a back and forth between you and the boss almost like a turn based game woth how you have to stratigize and plan ahead, Grey prince zote is more of a random scramble where you and the boss are just flying around woth no time to think whilst being bombarded by crazy stuff with unpredictable movements
