One of the old problems monster Hunter had was, you had a percentage for breaking things when you made them in your inventory but a recipe book could boost your chances, but that meant the meta was keeping all five books of recipes on you at all times to keep 100% chance of not breaking your shit. The contrast between world cutscenes showcasing the monster hunting stuff and Rise cutscenes which are a short poem describing how EVIL and SINISTER the monster is is very funny
