||This is a character named Lace. She's a reoccurring bossfight and wields a pin-blade as a weapon, the traditional weapon of Pharloom. Seemingly she wishes to kill Hornet to prevent the Citadel from capturing her and fulfilling whatever goals the sinister group has. In the E3 demo, Lace is seen using her pin-blade to guide numerous bugs, in a manner much similar to how a conductor guides a musical assemble. These flying bugs share a striking resemblance to the ones found in Silksong's opening cutscene, where a flying white bug flies down and deactivates the seal holding Hornet captive, allowing her to escape. This suggests that Lace may have known about the Citadel capturing Hornet beforehand and stationed herself near the bridge to the citadel, waiting in ambush to free Hornet.||
