About 70 hours in I think I have no idea, but I made sure to get all of the upgrades before I did that, i got purification ending first, then Shura, then immortal severance and return. I got it just last night after spending almost 3 hours going over the same area backstabbing red ministry guards for miniscule amounts of exp and then I beat Isshin in 2 tries . Awesome
