Godhome was definitely their biggest dlc. Lifeblood and dreams were relatively small and focused on a lot of qol and bugfixes

Godhome was godmaster mode, godhome in world including the fluke and waterways stuff, and 3-7 new bosses depending on interpretation.

Godhome has an argument for being difficult to make assets for, but in regards to actual technical development - it’s a little surprising.

Pantheons are chains of rooms, the new bosses are great, the majority are remixes, and the new arenas (either flavored for godhome or reworked for ascended) are all also remixes.
