The thing is, there is no evidence of any issues with development and we regularly get comments saying they are developing it. Most games in development hell NEVER RELEASE and get quietly cancelled, or are delayed for many many years (sometimes 10 or more), and most often involve the game changing studios and running out of budget etc., something which we have no reason to believe happened.
