This is incredibly dumb. I'm sorry, it just is. Here, lemme put it this way, you ever have to work on a group project when you were in highschool? You have a vision for how it could be perfect, but your other group members keep making little aesthetic changes or other changes that just throw you for a loop every time you see them and you just wish you could just do the project independentally? Now make that project a multi-year development of a video game where everything needs to fit your artistic vision, and make that group 150 people.
