I think the rating thing is a bit of a red herring because most games with physical releases have a different process they have to go through to get a rating, and this does tend to be after development is basically wrapped up.

All the same, seeing that it has an ESBR rating does feel like we are one step closer because at the least it means that TC has finally decided to fill out and return the paperwork, which they have not done up until this point. What that means is clearly up for debate but to me its a good sign
