if you're fine with last gen (will be much cheaper but no upgrade path) 5600 and up would be fine
if you do want current gen for a better upgrade path getting something like a 7600 would be a much better option for a 3060

plus the money if you wanted to with the money you'd save you can put it towards a better gpu
